Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at victoria@nourishwellnutrition.com.au. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
Faulty Products
If a product is faulty or doesn't match its description, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at victoria@nourishwellnutrition.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Shipping Costs
Refunds include original shipping costs if the return is due to our error. Return shipping for approved claims will be covered by us.
